• April Edition of The Debate "The Debate"
This edition is devoted to a conversation regarding good faith in the employment relationship. AIER has for some time been lobbying to have good faith recognised as something more than the procedural requirements associated with collective bargaining. We hope that this edition of the magazine will help you to explore this broader context of good faith. Copies of the magazine are only available to members or subscribers of AIER.
This magazine seeks to continue the debate about what constitutes a fair workplace that commenced with the release of AIER¹s Charter of Employment Rights.
