as labour rights advocates, employers and their representatives, unions, academics and industrial relations practitioners.
AIER is associated with Monash University’s Faculty of Business and Economics.

• The AIER is proud to launch its new magazine "The Debate", as its next initiative to promote positive work relationships.
This magazine seeks to continue the debate about what constitutes a fair workplace that commenced with the release of AIER¹s Charter of Employment Rights.
