Now more than ever an independent voice for fairness at work is needed in Australia. The AIER provides a unique voice for fairness at work, grounded in recognition of international labour standards.

We look back proudly on our achievements and influence over public debate in the last ten years, particularly the development of the Australian Charter of Employment Rights and the Australian Standard of Employment Rights.

We are very excited to be releasing Employment Rights Now as another important contribution to public debate on workplace relations. With contributions from some of Australia’s leading workplace relations academics and practitioners,Employment Rights Now reflects on the current state of workplace relations in Australia.

Available for purchase at the AIER 10 year celebration event and through the AIER. Contact us today for your copy!
