The Australian Institute of Employment Rights held its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 9 November 2017.
We would like to thank our Executive Committee for the past year, in particular Michael Harmer, President and Keith Harvey, Treasurer. We also want to thank those organisations and individuals who continue to support the Institute. The work of the AIER is supported by Harmers Workplace Lawyers, the National Union of Workers, the Australian Education Union, Civil Air, and our many individual members.
AIER continues to provide a unique voice on issues of work and workplace relations. Our Year in Review report outlines our work in 2017. Next year we look forward to continuing to promote the values contained in the Australian Charter of Employment Rights and to progress our project envisaging a new workplace relations architecture.
