Ron McCallum Debate 2020 – Live Recording

 

In this tenth anniversary edition of the Ron McCallum Debate held on 22 October 2020, our panelists debate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on work, employment and labour relations globally and locally, and the impetus and opportunity this presents for reform.

The debate is chaired by Justice Iain Ross AO. Emeritus Professor McCallum AO reflects on the history of pandemics and crises and their relation to labour regulation and labour relations.

The event includes a short film and presentation featuring Greg Vines, Deputy Director General, International Labour Organization.
